Paul Sterrett regains momentum over Mike Steube.
Only ONE lap separated the two top dogs of TSRF racing in 2005. Barry Obler drove a superb race in third, another lap behind, setting fastest race lap in the process. Sam Brown was his usual consistent-self, gnawing 4th with his well used ex-rental car. Jim Watterson wisely used his injected-body Ford Capri to place himself in 5th behind Sam and ahead of Scott Corwin and Ridge Ellis. The Javier brothers are good learners and are slowly moving up in their lap totals while enjoying the fun and frustrations of newcomers thrown in a semi-professional arena.
