Watterson wins on points, Steube edges Salvino, Sterrett losing ground!
Rick Salvino was the true hero of this race, keeping himself out of trouble to beat the invincible Paul Sterrett. Paul ran into trouble and lost much time waiting for the clock to finish its minute segment for a re-slot. These are the pitfalls of the Crash & Burn formula, immensely successful for TSRF racing. But Mike Steube did not wait for anyone and cruised to an easy win. However, the handicap point system gave the top spot on the podium to Jim Watterson and his Tamiya Ford Capri Turbo DTM.
