Gorgeous 24  Cars from Arizonian Club!

This 1/24-scale  Tamiya-bodied TSRF car was built by a customer of Bob Scott's Cruizin' Raceway in Mesa, AZ. A superb job that is also a good racing car.
The TSRF chassis appears to have been built especially to fit this body, and it is more than a little coincidence. Note the injected ground-effects under-tray behind the chassis.
As with the real car, the windows have been slightly tinted, allowing the car to run lighter without the customary detailed cockpit.
A real beauty, as nice as any well finished static kit. But this one runs, and fast!

Whoo!

Another Porsche 962 from the same stable. A gorgeous work of art, that can be raced hard. The mechanical resistance of those Tamiya bodies is truly amazing
This view clearly shows the ground-effects  under-tray. Note that this car has been modified by its owner to a moving guide flag.

Double whoo!

A Revell-Tamiya Porsche GT1 fits nicely over the TSRF24 chassis. This one is the Champion Racing/STP car of 2000. The BBS inserts fit nicely in the stock plastic wheels.
The car is presently unfinished (missing the rear details) but is already a great runner.

And another nice one:

A Revell-Monogram Ford Taurus fitted with rear Pro-Track tires and superbly decorated. Those big NASCAR bodies handle a lot better than one would expect, by adding a bit of judiciously placed lead weight.
The chassis fits nicely and there is no interference from the body. Its sides need to be cut down just a bit to properly fit the TSRF chassis and wheels.
