The first TSRF aluminum alloy wheels and sponge tires in both 1/24 and 1/32 scale are now being manufactured in large quantities. Available immediately are the front wheels, part # THP2403, and blank rear wheels, part # THP2405.

The new front wheels are a direct replacement to the free-wheeling plastic unit, and fit the standard T2411 front tire. They are grooved for lighter weight, and give slightly more axle slop to improve handling. They are available now. |

The new rear wheels are available with or without tires. Shown here are the rear wheels mounted with the latest racing sponge, which is bonded to the wheel, then ground to 1.080" to allow for better wear. They are available now without tires (part # THP2405), and will be soon with both sponge or silicone tires. |
Soon to be available are the aluminum alloy spur gear ratios with matching steel, brass or Nylon pinions.

The new spur gear takes the exact same space as the plastic unit and uses a smaller 2-56 stainless steel setscrew. |
Also new are the complete, RTR or kit High Performance chassis versions with the aluminum wheels, drill blank rear axle and aluminum setscrew spur gear. with optional nylon pinion included.

The new High Performance chassis will save the serious enthusiast some dough by simple replacement of selected parts, wheels, rear tires, spur gear and rear axle. Available soon in kit or RTR versions. |
